Silent Partner Consulting transforms archival and collection information into accessible, useful digital databases. Our electronic archiving, cataloguing and collection management services track a collection's status and assist the collector in planning. Collection Management

Silent Partner Consulting organizes, assesses and monitors collection assets. In addition, we coordinate loans and sales of art in the United States and Europe. Since 1982, Silent Partner Consultinghas been managing collections of fine art, ephemera, posters, antiques and archival materials.

Charitable Contributions

Silent Partner Consulting structures and manages philanthropic enterprises and transactions. We contribute objects from private collections and estates to museums, universities, municipalities and other nonprofit organizations. We work with nonprofit institutions throughout the United States to structure and transact charitable contributions of collection property.

Anne M Carley is the CEO and founder of Silent Partner Consulting. Her background incorporates five years as a manager at the Dia Art Foundation (now Dia Center for the Arts), over twenty-five years as the principal of Silent Partner Consulting, as well as computer systems design and software training experience.

Ms. Carley is also a licensed attorney, and speaks, writes and teaches on topics at the intersections of the arts, technology and the law. She was editor of the Arts4All Newsletter, an Internet periodical for the arts and technology, from 1999 through 2004.
